Course Content

Part 1: The Spiritual Password

Society today largely focuses on intellectual solutions to a problem; thinking your way to the answer. This causes many to forget to listen to their heart. Are you one of them? The journey from head to heart can be long, but it's crucial for our happiness, and the ability to have a settled place to create our lives from our own truths. In this part, we talk about how other people can affect us. You will learn techniques to clean out other people's energies and opinions which you absorb throughout the day, as well as in the course of your life. Additionally, we deal thoroughly with how you can start listening to the unique wisdom of your heart. Yes, you carry all this within you, but the road to this wisdom is often lost. Now you can learn it again, through re-learning your unique language and your spiritual password.

Part 2: Boundaries

Do you feel like people invade you? Are you constantly drained of energy and don't know why? Do you need a lot of "alone time" to charge your batteries? Maybe you find it hard to say 'no'. So many people need you, right? We've been there, and even if we still love to help others, we know when to dare to say no to others and yes to ourselves when we have to. It's not so bad to be able to cordon off your energy, pull the feelings you have out there inwards and reduce the energy consumption by a somewhat untraditional method; getting to know your aura.
