Initially, my education was geared towards becoming a ship mechanic, inspired by my grandfather, who was a commander in the Navy. But I quickly discovered it was not for me and since I’ve been educated in energy-work. I’m clairvoyant, and have been in close contact with angels since childhood. When I was little, I had a longing towards the spiritual which increased as I got older, and culminated in a consciousness - awakening in my twenties.

For many years I chose what I see as one of the most important jobs in the world; being a full time mom. Still, many existential questions sought me out, and I couldn’t find the way to my own spirituality by myself. So, I signed up for a course in reading and clairvoyance, where I met princess Märtha Louise and together we decided to follow our intuition and create a spiritual self-development programme in 2007. We then called it Astarte Education, now called Soulspring.

Together, Märtha and I have published several books, such as The Voice or the Noise, Meet Your Guardian Angel, The Spiritual Password and The Secrets Of Angels.We are both sought after public speakers and have performed in numerous TV shows. Additionally, I’m an energy therapist and give readings.

I live in Nesodden with three of my four children and a big dog.
I’m incredibly inspired by sharing the tools that have changed my life with others. Through simple steps, you can actually change your everyday reality. That happened to me when I found the missing pieces of my life’s puzzle through the exercises we’ve made at Soulspring. Maybe next time I’ll get to share them with you?
